What is in your makeup bag, Casey?
- Skincare: I am pretty loyal once I find a product I like. I swear by the combo of Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and our CBD Oil at night. The combo evens and hydrates your skin like no other. I then apply La Mer or some Pure Hyaluronic Acid and my eye cream at night, or Revision Intellishade moisturizer with SPF during the day for light coverage and sunscreen.
- Makeup: (I also stay pretty loyal) I use Makeup Forever HD foundation, MAC prolong wear concealer, shadows, blushes, and lipliners, Benefit Are they Real Mascara, and I alternate between Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Nars Bronzer. One product I have found recently that I now swear by is Touch in Sol No Problem primer. It looks like you have baked your makeup without actually using any powder.
What do you think is the most affordable drugstore pain medication for arthritis?
- Traditional anti-inflammatory pain meds like Advil; other than that, I don’t think there is anything out there that works.
What is your go-to medication for sleep other than Botanika?
- A weed gummy, and if those aren’t available then some good old-fashioned Nyquil, but I always wake up feeling foggy in the morning after taking that.
Tell me what I can share with my readers about the ingredients of the pain spray and why it works?
- The pain spray has recently become the most popular of our pain product in my family. It mixes our pure CBD isolate with traditional essential oils like arnica, menthol, eucalyptus, and peppermint which calm and soothe. We use an aloe extract as a base so that the spray goes on evenly, and we use DMSO which takes the healing effects of all of the ingredients and helps it to penetrate the skin get to the root of the issue quickly and effectively.

- Laneige lip sleeping mask – I use it all day and at night before bed.
