On September 23rd, the US Open of Surfing commenced in Huntington Beach, California. And not just the event: Shiseido Blue Project teamed up once again with World Surf League PURE and WILDCOAST. Their second cleanup on the West Coast in just two months (first Malibu, now Huntington Beach), Shiseido is becoming a global phenomenon, inspiring worldwide to keep our oceans clean.
This is Shiseido Blue Project’s second collaboration with these international teams that conserve our ocean’s ecosystems and provide natural solutions to climate change. Launching back in 2019, this initiative has become worldwide. The proof? We spotted actors Sam Trammell and Janel Parrish helping out, as well as TV personality Ashley Wahler.
Sam Trammell is an active surfer himself, and Janel Parrish and Ashley Wahler have often cited their desire to protect the environment. All three of them were hard at work, doing their share to keep our oceans clean. It was certainly a hardworking moment of fun in the sun!
